Hope Valley Ranch respects the trust you place in us. This page explains, in plain language, what information this website collects and what we do with it.
What we collect
Email signups. When you join our update list or ask to be notified about giving, we collect your name and email address. These are stored securely with MailerLite, the service we use to send our emails.
Contact messages. When you use our contact form, your name, email address, and message are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. We use them only to reply to you.
Prayer requests. When you send a prayer through our website, your words (and your name and email, only if you choose to give them) are delivered privately to our prayer team by Web3Forms. Prayers are never published on this site. We keep only an anonymous running count of prayers, with no names or text attached, stored with Upstash, a database service; to prevent spam, a scrambled (one-way hashed) form of your IP address is kept for about a minute and then discarded.
Basic website analytics. Like most websites, we may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages they read. We do not use this data to identify individuals.
What we do with it
We use your information to send the updates you asked for, respond to your messages, and pray for the requests you share with us. That’s it.
We never sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only with the service providers named above, who process it on our behalf, and only as needed to operate this website.
Your choices
Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link — one click and you’re off the list, no questions asked. If you’d like us to delete any information you’ve shared with us, email info@hopevalleyranchnc.com and we’ll take care of it.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
